Incoterms® 2030: a Dutch Working Group is being formed

ICC has begun the revision of the Incoterms® 2020 rules. The revision process will run over the coming years, with the final launch of Incoterms® 2030 currently planned for late 2029. As in previous cycles, ICC National Committees are asked to consolidate their members' views into a single national response, which then feeds into the ICC Drafting Group.

ICC Netherlands is forming a Dutch Working Group to prepare the national response and to follow the drafting process through to publication. The Group is open to members with practical experience of Incoterms in application: exporters and importers, logistics service providers, freight forwarders, trade finance banks, insurers and law firms. It will meet a small number of times over the revision cycle.

Members interested in joining are invited to contact the ICC Netherlands secretariat. Please indicate your area of expertise and the Incoterms your organisation uses most in practice. The working documents of the revision are confidential and will not be reproduced in ICC Netherlands communications.
