About the event
Societal expectations and regulations around ESG are evolving rapidly, presenting both significant opportunities and serious risks for organizations. During this 2-hour training session, we will examine the most relevant upcoming regulations that will impact European businesses dealing with upcoming supply chain and reporting legislation. Additionally, we will explore litigation cases related to ESG, such as climate change litigation and greenwashing litigation. We will discuss how to identify and prevent risks and the steps to take when faced with such cases.
