About the event
The ICC Netherlands Dispute Resolution Forum brings together in-house counsel, external practitioners, arbitrators and mediators for a focused afternoon on where dispute resolution stands today, and where it is heading. This year's programme is designed to give in-house counsel practical, take-home value: from the first lessons of the new 2026 ICC Rules to the biggest reforms in expedited arbitration, from keeping proceedings under control to using mediation strategically, and closing with a forward-looking discussion on what dispute resolution could look like if we designed it from scratch.
We are delighted to welcome Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, as our guest of honour.
