A Talk with Máximo Torero Cullen Chief Economist - FAO

As part of its ongoing collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), ICC is pleased to host an exclusive online briefing with Mr Máximo Torero Cullen, Chief Economist of FAO, in preparation for the Hand-in-Hand Initiative Investment Forum 2026, which will take place in FAO Headquarters, Rome from 13 to 16 October 2026.

The briefing session will provide a unique opportunity for ICC member companies worldwide to engage directly with FAO, and explore how the private sector can play a greater role in supporting sustainable agrifood systems transformations in emerging and developing markets.

Since 2020, ICC has been working closely with FAO to strengthen dialogue and cooperation between the private sector and international institutions.
